Celebrity Tattoos

While celebrity tattoos are the fad of the day, few entertainers have such a numerous or interesting collect as the singer Pink does. Currently, she has twenty-two cool tattoos. So, let’s take a look at a few of her most fascinating ones. Behind her left ear she has a tribal musical note. On her left shoulder, a guardian angel and on her inside left wrist a razor blade. Pink’s other celebrity tattoos include a red star on her left hand, a symbol for love and a red heart on her lower stomach and a Japanese symbol for happiness, a frog, and two other unknown symbols on her left foot. But, that isn’t even the tip of the iceberg when it comes to her celebrity tattoos. She also has a Chinese symbol representing infinity above her right ankle, dog tags representing her brother and dad on her right ankle and on her left leg; a dragon on her thigh, the words "Mr. Pink" on her inner thigh and a Japanese symbol for good luck on ankle. She also has on her right wrist: the words "What Goes Around Comes Around", and the words "True Love". And that’s the short list of Pink’s celebrity tattoos. She has quite a few others and probably a lot more to come.

Celebrity tattoos are a dime a dozen nowadays. From popular actresses like Angelina Jolie to rappers like Lil Wayne, celebrity tattoos are popping up everywhere. But, one of the most beautiful and symbolic celebrity tattoos I have ever seen has to be the one sported by Evan Rachel Wood. We’ll get to her tattoo in a minute, but first let’s find out a little more about this actress. Evan Rachel Wood was born September 7, 1987 in Raleigh, North Carolina to parents Ira David Wood III and Sara Lynn Moore. She has appeared in countless television shows, network movies and films such as Practical Magic and Thirteen. Having properly introduced you to Evan Rachel Wood let’s now turn our attention back to her celebrity tattoo. It’s on the upper part of her back and is an Edgar Alan Poe quote. The quote is, "All that we see or seem, is but a dream within a dream." Though this tattoo may seem a little underplayed compared to other celebrity tattoos, I believe that it’s simplicity is the foundation of it’s grandeur and elegance. It’s a simple yet beautiful tattoo that shows just how magical the art of tattooing can really be.

Joan Jett Tattoos

Joan Jett is an American rock guitarist and singer-songwriter, known for her work with the Blackhearts and for hit songs such as I Love Rock 'n' Roll and Bad Reputation.

Joan Jett has numerous tattoos on her body, which includes an Ohm symbol on the back of her neck, plus an inverted triangle on her left upper arm, along with a tribal armband that resembles several intertwined ichthys.

The rapper also has a large back piece tattoo which contains two angel wings, a halo and two large flaming crosses.

Shooter Jennings is an American singer-songwriter, known for his work in the country music and Southern rock genres. He is also the son of country singer Waylon Jennings.

Shooter Jennings has a handful of tattoos on his body, including the "Flying W" logo of Waylon Jennings, located on his abdomen.

He has a few tattoos on both arms, including a six shooter revolver on his inner left forearm and a bullet on his right hand.

The ankle is a very popular area of the body to have a tattoo for both men and women alike, the ankle is a very stylish place to have a tattoo while it is also very easy to conceal, if need be.

Not surprisingly, many famous people have tattoos on their ankles, including the likes of Megan Fox who has a delightful crescent moon and star on her ankle, Ashlee Simpson has a cute pair of cherries, Alyssa Milano has a rose vine and Nicole Richie has a beautiful rosary wrapped around her left ankle.
